This 90 minute session begins with a Clear & Align practice to gently release emotional residue and stagnant energy held within the system. Through intention, breath and subtle energy work, the body is guided back into a state of openness and calm, allowing the nervous system to soften and reset.

The session then flows into a 60 minute Solfeggio sound frequency infused bodywork treatment. These healing frequencies support deeper nervous system regulation and energetic balance.
